At Tamarria Selection Extensions LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality raw Indian hair and non-Remy wigs with efficient processing and shipping times. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order is handled.


Processing Time


  • All orders are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) pending on which payment method you use.

 

  • Please note that payment processing may take 3–5 business days to be transferred to our account before order fulfillment begins.

 

  • Custom wig construction requires an additional up to 3 business days.


Shipping Time


  • Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 5–8 business days (or less), depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

How do standard processing works ?

Before we begin working on your order, we must receive the funds. Payment processing times depend on the method you use:

 

✅ Credit/Debit Cards → Clears instantly or within 48 hours

✅ Shopify Payments → Takes 3 business days

✅ Afterpay → Takes 2-3 business days

✅ Shop Pay Installments → Takes up to 5 business days

1. Vendor production: 3 business days

2. Shipping from vendor to me: 3-5 business days

3. Quality check & packaging: 1-2 business days

4. Shipping to customer: 4-5 business days

Total Standard Processing & Shipping Time: 11-14 business days depending on the payment method used.

• Day 7 (Before 4 PM): Wig ships out same day → Arrives the next day

• Day 8 (After 4 PM): Ships next business day → Arrives the following day

💰 Afterpay – Total: 8 Business Days

• Payment clears

• Day 1-3 : Wig is made (3business days)

• Day 6: Vendor ships the wig (2-5 day shipping to me)

• Day 6: I receive the wig

• Day 7: Quality check + pack order

• Day 7 (Before 4 PM): Wig ships out same day → Arrives the next day to you 

• Day 8 (After 4 PM): Ships next business day → Arrives the following day to you

🛍️ Shop Pay Installments – Total: 11 Business Days

 

• Day 1: Order placed

• Day 5: Payment clears

• Day 6-7: Wig is made (3 business days)

• Day 8: Vendor ships the wig (4-day shipping to me)

• Day 12: I receive the wig

• Day 12 (Before 4 PM): Wig ships out same day → Arrives the next day

• Day 13 (After 4 PM): Ships next business day → Arrives the following day


➡ Total Time: 10 Business Days if placed before 4 PM


Product Availability

Raw Indian Hair Bundles


  • Due to the exclusive nature of raw Indian hair, certain items may occasionally be out of stock.
  • If your selected item is unavailable, you will be contacted promptly with the following options:
    1. Wait for the item to be restocked
    2. Select an alternative product
    3. Receive a full refund for the unavailable item


Non-Remy Wigs


  • These items are generally in stock and will be processed and shipped within the standard timeframes listed above.

Order Tracking


  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Fees


  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
