Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your new purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with Klarna’s 14-day policy.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair bundles cannot be returned once opened or worn.
  • Any items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Please email us at tamarriaselection@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process partial refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that Klarna's guidelines prohibit us from charging non-refundable shipping fees or offering partial refunds (e.g., 50% of the purchase price). Full refunds will be issued if the item(s) meet the return requirements.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items that do not meet our return criteria (e.g., opened or used wigs/bundles) will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once your order has been placed and processed with our hair vendor after payment is accepted, it cannot be canceled for a full refund. If you request a refund after processing, a $75 convenience fee will be deducted to cover time and processing costs ALL ORDERS THATS under $300. $100  convenience fee ALL ORDERS THAT STARTS AT $500.
